The Milestone Initiative

Ally, DC and Milestone Media have teamed up to launch The Milestone Initiative, a program designed to celebrate the next generation of Black and diverse comic book creators and support them in telling their stories.  As part of The Milestone Initiative, emerging Black and diverse writers and artists come together in a 10 week-long training program, The Milestone Initiative Talent Development Program, for instruction, resources, and support to help them see success in the comic book industry.
